Yes, we offer a full range of professional horlogical services including house calls in certain occasions. It’s always best to bring us the item to be worked on so we have full access to our tools and supplies, but we do recognize that every now and then an item is simply to big or sensitive/delicate to travel unless it’s absolutely necessary.
Well, that depends on how I got the watch from you. If you’re local and you handed the watch to me in person, we will probably do something identical for you to get the watch back. If you’re out of town and mailed me the watch, I will mail it back to the address it was sent to me from. I will not send the piece to a different address. Also, it’s important to note that a watch will not be released until payment has been made in full.
I accept PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Check, Money Orders and Cash. I currently do not accept debit/credit cards, although this is currently in the works and will be available soon.
It’s hard to say as the work is very detailed and takes a long time to do right. Other factors such as current back log, condition of the watch, complications, and other factors can play a role in how long the watch is with me. It can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months. It usually isn’t 6 months, but it has happened from time to time.
